Bike MS: ROC the Great Lakes starts right between Buffalo and Rochester. From there, this one-day ride takes cyclists along the scenic shoreline of Lake Ontario and the rural roads of western New York.
Volunteers are needed at rest stops along the route! See below for locations and times:

-Donovan Cider Works, Barker, NY: 8am-11:30am
-Krull Park, Olcott, NY: 8am-12pm
