Come join Niagara Heritage of Hope and Service, Home of Historic Holy Trinity, in celebrating 10 years of service and giving back to the community. Jammin' Polkafest 2019 is an afternoon of Polish music, Polish (and American) food, sweets, beverages, 50/50 split, basket raffle and more. Featured bands: Phocus and Special Delivery.
