2019 JDRF One Walk

JDRF Western New York Chapter will be hosting the Buffalo JDRF One Walk at Delaware Park & the Buffalo Zoo where the goal is to raise $760,000 for type 1 diabetes research. The JDRF One Walk is a family friendly fun filled event attended by over 3,000 supporters. Participants walk Delaware Park and celebrate their fundraising success towards a cure for diabetes. JDRF is the largest non-profit funder of type 1 diabetes (T1D) research in the world. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly. It has nothing to do with diet or lifestyle—and it's serious and stressful to manage. There is nothing you can do to prevent T1D and there is currently no cure.
