Who We Are
We are an organization that is committed to educating young women on how to advocate for their own health and wellness. We care about our youth and our community! Every young woman should be confident enough in learning her family history and speaking up with something is not quite right with her body without shame.
What We Do
We serve over 2,000 young women with the message of how to advocate for their own health and wellness by way of workshops. We serve many schools all across WNY.
