The Rural Outreach Center, Inc.

The Rural Outreach Center's mission is to break the cycle of generational poverty in rural WNY.  We are a young and growing organization with innovative wrap programming.  Volunteers can sign up for small, one time tasks, as well as larger, ongoing situations.  

We assist, empower, and elevate individuals and families to self-sufficiency through wrap programming, that we either provide or work with partner organizations.
