Community Helping Hands

Community Helping Hands exists to help meet the needs of people while showing them the love of Christ as we equip and empower them to help themselves and others.

We strive to provide a "hand up."

Our ministries include a thrift store, through which we meet emergency needs for clothing, furniture and household items. We also operate a youth and family center, which includes a skate park, laser tag, indoor batting cages and cafe. We have a sewing room which recycles and "up-cycles" many different kinds of materials to provide handmade items and teach young pregnant women how to sew and quilt.

Our staff is a team of volunteers and those doing community service, many of whom gain valuable skills and work experience to give the a sense of purpose and help them find work in the community.
