What We Do
About Our Program:
Our services are delivered at no expense to the care recipient through the best efforts of our dedicated volunteers. We are able to serve those at no charge through the generous supports of many friends of Hearts & Hands like you, who believe in our “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” volunteer program.
Our Mission: Hearts and Hands connects caring volunteers with older adults by providing transportation, in-home supports, and caregiver respite to uphold their dignity, improve their quality of life, and enhance their ability to live in their home of choice and to assist their primary caregivers.
Our Vision: Together, we see neighbors serving neighbors to foster community connections, live independent and healthy lives.
