21DEC--setup begins at 4:15-4:30pm. We may also need help w/cleanup.
Setting up takes time--almost a full hour with the tables, cloths, signage, blankets, camp stove.
We will have door prizes and Highlights games for the kids and coloring pages. Possibly a silent auction so any folks that are willing to be in charge of one of those tasks is helpful.
Also helpful just to have folks showing up in holiday sweaters or to initiate some caroling.
