Volunteer: Mock Interview Volunteer – Goodskills Career Builder (Goodwill of WNY)Goodskills Career Builder, a workforce readiness program through Goodwill Industries of Western New York, is seeking volunteers to support job seekers preparing for careers in manufacturing and tech-enabled roles. A key component of the program is the mock interview – an essential step participants must complete before meeting with hiring employers. In addition to being a program requirement, these interviews provide participants with valuable, real-time feedback to help them build confidence and strengthen their interview skills. We are looking for professionals or retirees with interviewing or hiring experience to serve as mock interviewers.
