turkey distribution

Clients visiting Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc.'s food pantry in October are asked to sign-up if they need a Thanksgiving meal. We have already begun collecting turkeys in preparation for the distribution. Anyone wanting to donate a turkey(s), plan an event to gather and donate turkeys, please let us know at 945-1041 ext. 149. We purchase all of the other trimmings and are in-need of volunteers to assemble and hand out boxes full of Thanksgiving meals. Boxes will be assembled Nov. 13, and volunteers are needed to help hand out boxes full of Thanksgiving meals to food pantry clients from 1-4 p.m. Nov. 17. Come at noon if you'd like to help put the frozen turkeys into the pre-assembled boxes!
