The Hillman Family proudly presents the 2nd Annual Community Connections Challenge to benefit The Summit Center's Community Connections program. The charitable event will include lunch, golf outing, and reception featuring opportunities for various prizes and both locations and hopefully a lot of fun for all involved.
Community Connections is an evidence-based summer program for children and adolescents with high-functioning autism spectrum disorders (Asperger's, high-functioning autism, and PDD-NOS) or other disabilities. The program provides children with intensive training, experience, and practice in social and emotional skills allowing them to make friends and learn to better connect with peers, siblings, teachers, and parents/caregivers.
