Western New York Alzheimer's Caregiver Partnership

If you are a caregiver of any age, we can help! We assist caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. We help with care consultation and assessment, caregiver support groups, caregiver education, respite assistance, enrichment events, caregiver events, and transportation. We also welcome volunteers and we offer a variety of opportunities. We serve residents of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara and Wyoming counties. To ease your burden, we can link you with a care consultation and needs assessment. We can offer assistance with episodic respite in the home, in a social or medical day program, planned overnight respite assistance or in-home companion services. We can also provide information about transportation for you to and from appointments or events, or for your loved one.
