Who We Are

The Soccer for Success program is an after-school program created by the U.S. Soccer Foundation in partnership with the Independent Health Foundation offered free to participants, that is proven to help kids in underserved communities establish healthy habits and develop critical life skills through trained coach-mentors and family engagement.

What We Do

We work with youth who may not have access to organized soccer programming and provide it to them at no cost. We teach the importance of being active and developing Social and Emotional Learning skills, which are all integrated into curriculum-based soccer activities.

Soccer for Success is composed of five core components, physical activity, health & wellness, mentorship, community engagement, and safe spaces. Each of these elements in equal parts can help a child lead a healthier lifestyle.
